Pavluks Trans, a Ukrainian passenger transportation operator, needed to modernize its digital infrastructure. The previous system did not meet current requirements—there was a lack of scalability, convenient partner management, and tools for real-time data updates. The client also requested a new website, a custom CRM system, and mobile applications for drivers, dispatchers, and administrators.

The PPP Industry team developed a comprehensive digital ecosystem that includes a web platform, mobile applications (React Native), and a custom CRM system based on Node.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL. The architecture follows microservice principles, ensuring flexibility and easy scalability.

More than 100 partners were connected to the system via API, and a convenient admin panel was created to manage trips, tickets, passengers, and reporting. To automate communications, we implemented Email, SMS, Viber, and push notifications in the mobile apps.
